How It Works

Auction Number - You will need to obtain an auction number in order to bid in the live or silent auctions. The number is FREE.  Auction numbers are available at the auction bank.  It is a good idea to obtain your auction number as soon as you arrive.

Auction Preview - You can view the items that will be auctioned during the auction preview time.  Also, bidding for the silent auction will be allowed at this time.

Auction Catalog - The auction catalog lists all of the items that will be auctioned in the silent and live auctions (except for late donated items--these items may be included in a catalog addendum. You can obtain the auction catalog and addendum (if available)  when you get your auction number at the bank.

Silent Auction - The silent auction is opened for bidding for a set time period.  Many items are available to bid on during the time period. Each item has a bid sheet. To place a bid on an item, write your auction number and the amount of your bid on the bid sheet. When the silent auction bidding time period expires, the auction is closed and the bid sheets are collected.
NOTE! All the Silent rooms do not close at the same time.  Shortly after the Silent Auction starts, a room will close every 15-20 minutes.
The highest bidders for each item are displayed. Winning bidders pay for items at the auction bank and can pick up items in the item "pick up" room.

Live Auction - Each live auction item is auctioned one at a time in front of a live audience by an auctioneer.  The highest bidder gets the item.  Winning bidders pay for items at the auction bank and can pick up live auction items in the same place the live auction was held.

Auction Bank - You obtain an auction number and pay for items at the auction bank.  Master Card and Visa will be accepted.
